Ready or not, the 1970′s are about to make a huge comeback. This season the shift is from skinny to flared, flats to chunky wooden platforms, and bright colors to earth tones. Yes, just think Jane Birkin, Penny Lane (Almost Famous), Janis Joplin, etc. and you’ll be on the right track. So grow your hair out, grab yourself a floppy hat, dig out some old concert tees, and relish in the end to squeezing into skinny jeans as you glide easily into those trouser flares. Rainy Day Idea

The past few rainy days I felt the need to re-arrange and re-decorate my room. Looking for inspiration, I checked out the Free People Blog where I found a DIY project on how to make dream catchers. I love the look of them and find the purpose very magical and whimsical. I am planning on making a larger one, like the picture above, to use as an earring holder.
